Returns
- Eligibility: Products may be returned within 15 days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used diapers.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at inquires@bonbonindia.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
- Condition for Return: The product must be in its original packaging with all labels intact.
Refunds
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are processed once we receive the returned product and inspect it. We will notify you by email once your return is approved.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Damaged or Defective Products

Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
